There is always a shuttle there when we arrive to park our car. They are efficient and friendly drivers. We had a little mishap the most recent booking, as when we arrived the scanner was not working to let us into the lot, so a woman let us in. When we got in our car to go home, we didn't have anything ( a ticket) so had to tt someone when we went out. It took a bit of time....again my scan code was not what we needed to get out. That portion of the process could be better.

I’ve used Park ‘N Fly for years and wouldn’t change how I patk at the terminal. I enjoy the frequency of busses coming through terminal, friendliness of bus drivers, chauffeuring to my vehicle, free car wash, cleanliness of buses, location near terminals. I recommend it to all of my friends and family traveling out of airports it is available.

How easy, quick and convenient it is to drop off and pick up your car is. Pick up at the airport is very quick with hardly any wait time. Staff is polite, friendly and courteous.

Pick up and drop off is reasonably fast, rates are competitive vs getting a ride share ride, car wash though lately I don’t have the time to wait for the line up that is always formed, helpful staff

Easy online reservations. Prompt bus pickup when I park my car and when my flight arrives at the airport. Help lifting my luggage on and off the bus. Very professional, reliable and secure operation.

The expeditious, organized, professional and courteous way that I was treated with upon arrival when I dropped my vehicle, and upon my return to pick it up. I'll definitely come back anytime that I have to flight out of MIA. Thank you!
