Parking with PNF has become and integral part of our routine when flying via Chicago Midway airport. The attendant at the check-in/out booth is always so helpful and the shuttle drivers are always fabulous and sweet to our kids.

So easy to drive up, park your car and then get dropped off at the airport. I've never used this service before but I definitely will again!!

The valet service - was prompt in getting us to the airport and back from the airport.

I like the fact that it's cost effective and convenient. I've used this service for years and never had a problem until my last shuttle return. The shuttle driver, Baba, collected my ticket, shoved it into his van console, then started off. He then announced my parking slot, grabbed the wrong bag (not MY bag), and walked it off the van. When I climbed down, I was shocked to discover that he'd dropped me at the wrong parking spot. SEVEN SPOTS FROM MY SPOT. He must have read by expression, because he then began to babble about how I told him I was parked at slot 17, when my ticket clearly read slot 24. I had not. He didn't bother to read the tickets, then tried to gaslight me. I tipped Baba the moment I stepped off the van, but wouldn't have had I realized first that he had dropped me seven slots from my back bumper. A small thing, but a big thing, really when you consider the cost of the overall reservation. Note: folks are tired when they get to your shuttles. They've been hauling in and out of planes, cooped up like sardines in a can, harassed by TSA. The shuttle ride should be the easiest part of their travel experience. This time, it was not. Baba (van #2502), needs to pay more attention. He needs to retrain on customer service. He needs to READ the tickets and organize his passengers and his route through the lot. He did not do this. All the other shuttle drivers I've had did this. What's Baba's problem? I wish I had my $5 tip back. I don't think he earned it. This unfortunate incident aside, Park N Fly is a good service, and every other driver I've had has been great. Baba? Not by a long shot.

Even though I had a reservation, when I got to the parking lot, could not find an empty parking spot. Had to park my vehicle on the kerb under a tree.

The mobile app feature to request shuttle did not work on my android phone
