Valet service is excellent. Car always ready when arrive from the airport whether winter or summer. Been using service for years and have never had a problem
Transportation from your facility to the airport was quick and pick up at the airport was prompt as well. Drivers were friendly. Bus was clean.
However, the driver made a mistake and gave someone else our luggage (same color bag) and we ended up with the other person’s luggage when we returned. We didn’t discover it until we got home. It took a lot of effort on our part to track down the person who had our luggage and to do an exchange.
Just a fantastic overall experience. It was easy to locate the lot, my space was there waiting for me, the shuttle came right to us as we were grabbing our bags, very short ride and a friendly, helpful driver. The return was just as good and I didn’t have to wait at all. Will definitely use this service every time I have a trip out of Oakland.
