Very friendly, convenient, and quick response regarding my question. The only thing is you all should provide refunds because I travel once a year and really didn't need a credit for 4 future days. A refund would have been better.

Our only complaint was that when we boarded the shuttle to be taken to the airport, the shuttle had evidently been sitting out in the sun until then. The handrail was too hot to even touch getting in and we gasped like fish in the intense heat until we got out at the terminal covered with sweat (the short ride of course wasn't enough for the a/c to even begin cooling the interior).
CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AND SHUTTLE PICK UP IS PRETTY ACTIVE.

What I really enjoy is that the scheduling process and book for the parking was easy. As soon we arrived to the parking area the staff where very friendly and answered our questions about the parking process. I could notice that communication between employees was effective and efficient. At our time for departure and arrival to airport the shuttle came on time and we didn't have to wait for a long period.
How quickly you take and pick up from the airport?
Your service was great !! We pulled in at 4:30 am and the bus was ready to take us to the airport! On our return trip I sent the text and Jay was right there waiting for us !! He was very friendly and professional. After having a 2 hour delay he was just what we needed!! Thanks for the great service!!
