Negative: my plane was delayed an hour, and the clerk would not release my car until I paid an additional $12, after paying close to $300 for my stay. Was not my fault! Clerk was very rude!

When I was parking to leave MPLS, the lot was overbooked so company upgraded me to valet parking.
When we returned, We had 2 cars at the facility, and my handicapped husband couldn’t get into the Park ‘N Fly van. Attendant had one driver follow him back to the Ground Transport waiting area while other driver waited with handicapped spouse.
Willing to valet when short handed and I was late for my plane.
