Park n fly SFO was amazing! I was looking for a parking place that would help me personally, as I was traveling with disabled child. They offered to drop us off at the terminal w my own car! When I told them we could use the shuttle (child is not in a wheelchair), they insisted on carrying all my bags to and from my car so I could concentrate on my child and valeted my car for me. This service was above and beyond and when I saw they were connected with the Special Olympics, I knew I had made the right choice.

The drive on the shuttle from parking to SFO is about 5min and we were dropped off and picked up at the International Departures entrance (we were flying internationally) and communication for the pickup was stellar. I received texts a day before my arrival and departure with links to the information I needed and, after a 26hr travel day coming home, they picked us up 10min after I told them we had arrived.

Will absolutely use them again. Service was above and beyond, communication amazing, time to pickup was short. Thank you!

Close to airport, easy to make a reservation when using your website.

But your app doesn't always function for reservations. And it can sometimes take 10-20 mins to get a shuttle to or from the airport.

Shuttle drivers were friendly, courteous, and super helpful. Site is easy to access. We were at our car within 15 minutes of contacting home base.
