Very good overall. We just had confusion with gentleman at the gate when we were leaving and I feel bad because I snapped at him; but we were tired and could not remember details about our reservation. So I want to apologize for my shortness with him.

Our flight came in at 2:30 in the morning. It was a major delay and then just a phone call they picked us up. Car was ready when we got there and ask for more.

Timely pick ups friendly staff. However, on line reservation did not work and attendant could not give me an accurate receipt. It read $0.00. I probably will never use One line reservation again.

Plenty of space available. I was picked up quickly at the parking and was dropped off to airport within 10 mins.

While coming back, it was 1:30am in the night, shuttle was readily available at the airport. I was dropped off in front of my car.

Very economical as well.

It was a little hard to find a parking place as the lot was pretty much totally full but after I did find a space all went well - going and coming. I had my special needs adult son with me. We were picked up immediately, helped with our luggage on and off the van, and the driver was very pleasant. It was the exact same on the return trip. And leaving the lot I was having trouble- MY ERROR - and the attendant was very nice helping me get out. Will definitely use Park 'N Fly again.

Very easy to set up times and pay from your phone or home computer. Bus will pick you up at your parking spot. Nice not having to walk to a hub to get picked up.
