I was promptly picked up as soon as I parked and taken the the airport straightaway. The driver loaded my bags and was very polite. He provided me with a parking spot ticket so I knew where I’d be dropped off when I returned. It was a very good experience.

The site is very close to the airport. It s shuttle service is quick and convenient. And the cost of parking is reasonable.

Very convenient. Shuttle picked us up right at our parking spot and return us to it. Instructions were clear, and wait times were minimal. I would definitely use this again.

ParkDIA’s process is simple and quick from start to finish. It’s the least of my worries before and after travel. The app is super convenient and I can book my time and parking spot preference ahead of time. Sometimes week and months ahead. I love the rewards program. It allows me to book uncovered parking and then use my rewards for covered parking when I’m traveling during bad weather. The process to get into the lot via scanning a QR code is seamless. They have great technology that seems very new. Where to park is marked very well and often they tell you at checkin and there is also someone flagging you into the row. This ensures you don’t waste any time looking for an empty spot. There is more often than not multiple shuttles in that row ready to pick you up. I can be parked, out of my car, and into the shuttle in less than 30 seconds. I like that they don’t wait forever on people to load to capacity. The shuttle books it to the airport. The drivers are always helpful and kind. It’s very rare that I wait at the airport for a shuttle to get back home as there is a great cadence of drivers qued up. I assume they have a great communication system in place. I have been a customer of ParkDIA for many years and will never change. I’ve been to other lots and the experience and distance from airport are not comparable.

Easy online reservation process. Once I arrived I was informed that the covered parking was full, so my reservation was properly adjusted to compensate for that.

Convenient location for our DFW flight. Shuttle dropped us off at our gate and picked us back up upon returning from our trip.
Facility appeared to be secure and well kept. No issues with our vehicle while parked.
Staff was friendly and helpful especially when we had difficulty with our ticket when leaving.
I will definitely use Park 'N Fly again.
