short distance from lot to PHL airport. very easy check in and check out. valet had the car right next to the van when we arrived. van was available in minutes at the airport for pick up. all employees were pleasant and helpful. will be sure to park here again when opportunity arises.

The shuttles were very prompt so there was limited wait time. When our driver had to leave some people behind because the shuttle was too full, he let the next shuttle know who he needed to pick up first. The dispatcher could be heard while in the shuttle and he was providing recognition to the drivers for working together as a team. All in all, there was great customer service!

When we pulled up to the site there was an attendant waiting for us. In fact because we got there at the time we expected to he called me by name when we opened our window. Once parked( we chose covered) the attendant grabbed our bags from our vehicle and put them in the shuttle and waited while we got our act together.
On the return I sent the text( love this idea) asking to be picked up and again the attendant was already there waiting for us as we stated what time we’d be arriving.
I had lost my stub while on vacation and they printed a new one to let us out without issue.
We fly out of Minneapolis because of the savings on airfare so this will probably be the go to for us for our parking needs.
I would definitely recommend this group

Lot is clearly labeled, easy process to get into the lot and to exit, bus picked us up right at our parking spot and dropped us off at our spot too. While exiting, the tenant gave us water!!
