We had a wonderful experience with Park n Fly Hartford. Both drivers were so kind and welcoming to my kids, but Negash really went above and beyond. He helped load our bags and help the kids off the shuttle in the rain. It was much appreciated, as it was the our first round-trip with just me and the two of them. Parking lot is right off the interstate. A shuttle met us before we could get our bags out of the car. There was a shuttle right away upon our return. Super easy and stress free!
