Very easy and convenient to get in and out on the app on your phone for anytime of travel. I loved the free shuttle to the airport and pick you up when you get back. The drivers were amazing at loading and unloading our luggage. I will definitely be returned to park here for our next trip.
Nancy came to my rescue as I was trying to get into the self park lot. She instantly made me feel that I could easily navigate Park ’N Fly. She made me feel comfortable. Then Roy came by to pick me up and kindly told me for the future to put my hazard lights on so the driver knows where you are (which is so smart). Then when he dropped me off I realized I hadn’t gotten change for my big bills and I wanted to tip him but I couldn’t afford to give him a 20 which was the smallest thing I had, and he said DONT WORRY about it!!! I said I’ll catch him on the return and again, he said REALLY don’t worry about it. Lastly, Richard was already at the pick up spot and I hadn’t even called to be picked up and he said No problem. Go ahead onto the shuttle and leave your bag here - I’ll get it for you. GREAT experience and I’ll definitely use Park ‘N Fly always and will tell my family and friends how great you are!!! 👍👍👍
