The shuttle service is excellent. In addition, the emails reminding you of you reservation and the follow-up email that tells you to say "come get me" when you return to the original location. The drivers are friendly and help you with your luggage. I appreciate the service -- it's cheaper that using uber or lyft.

In the past it has been simple and efficient to use park n fly. This time was good, not great. Our trip shuttle out aug 25 was timely and well done. Our trip home shuttle aug 30 was a problem. We waited for too long and then could not fit on a shuttle. Waited longer for a shuttle that took us but the driver had offensive body oder so awful people were gagging on the shuttle. It needs addressing in my opinion however we really did not want to embarrass the poor guy, he was very kind.
Rick om shuttle 1536a was a great help, above and beyond, with my luggage due to my injury.
The whole process was prompt and stress free and the staff was very helpful and professional.
