Inexpensive. Shuttles are prompt. Drivers are courteous, especially Patrick F. He picked me up at the airport and I was the only one on the shuttle. There were more customers coming but they were all waiting for luggage that was held up. He brought just me back to my vehicle. I was very happy about that.

PNF+ is my go to but this last trip was horrible. I travel often and have gotten to know the driver pretty over the last year and a half. However Thursday night was bad and several of us were not happy.
I waited 20+ minutes to be picked up from the airport after calling for the bus at the pick up location. There was three PNF buses from the other location that came and went. It was like the plus location didn’t have enough drivers/buses running that night. What is the point of making reservations and having us call for pick up if we have to wait 20-30 mins after landing outside at the pick up location.
