I called Park N Fly before I made a reservation to ask a few questions before purchasing, and they were extremely. I was able to talk to a lady and ask her if I could park my motorcycle there, and she was, like, of course! I came in the next morning and she recognized me, I guess because of the motorcycle, gave me a big smile and help me find a great place to park near the front. I really felt taken care of by park and fly and I have already recommended this to my friends if they need to park while they are flying. Thank you to Allison (I think that was her name) for making me feel welcome and at ease for my parking situation as I was flying to a funeral in another state.

Love it and very convenient
When we got to the pick spot at the airport, the driver was already there waiting for us. He was very helpful with our bags and friendly. Our car was waiting for us out front at the pick up spot.
