the advance payment was the way to go. It was easy to get a spot, get a ride and then get picked up and dropped off with ease. The only weird part was trying to leave. There was only one lane open and the attendant was having issues with one car and people were starting to blow horns. It took maybe 10 minutes to exit. If one lane would have been open just for scanning the upc code for those that pre-paid, that might have helped.

What I love most about ParkNFly is the convenience and security. I can drop my car off and be immediately shuttled to the airport and never miss a beat. I also think ParkNFly offers a great value because I can make a reservation and park for a week for less than the price of a ride-share round-trip.

when I parked there last time, I accidentally left a window open in my vehicle. Dave G. and Richard sealed up the window so that rain did not get in my vehicle. That is excellent service and I appreciate it. Thank you!

Drivers are nice and helpful and wait is very short. Although I have reached out to the asst mgr Jon Cruz over a week ago and have not received a response. I just sent another email today and hope he will respond.
If no response I may change my review.
I exclusively use park n fly for my parking needs when I travel.

Everything, As soon as I entered the facility the shuttle driver saw me and followed me to my parking spot, loaded my luggage, had me to the airport in minutes. Return pickup went off pretty much the same as arrival. Very Professional!!
