As a solo female traveler with two large pieces of luggage, it is so nice to have van driver load me on there and unload me right at my car. Last night, the driver was so kind he even loaded the baggage right into the back of my vehicle. He went out of his way,
abive and beyond. It was after midnight. I felt safe and had no concerns at all. He waited for me to start my vehicle and then followed me out of the parking lot to ensure I felt safe. Great service!!!!!!

Quick service and check in/out. Didn't have to wait long for shuttles going to the airport or coming back. I love that it's an enclosed parking garage for that extra level of security. Quick and easy online booking and payment. I'd absolutely use this service again if flying out of Miami.
