I am told exactly where to park so there is no confusion. The shuttle is there IMMEDIATELY so there is no waiting. When I returned from my trip, the shuttle was there waiting on me. Took me immediately to my car and the trip was over. Very efficient. Very pleased.

Cashier at check out was extremely friendly and helpful. She asked if we wanted water, we did. She gave us bottles. Open spots were easy to find. Drivers were helpful.

Easy - convenient - close to home. Need to train new drivers better - the one we had on 9/10/23 didn’t pick up our bags - we had to hand them to him and we had valet parking and he is very heavy on the brakes!!! Too heavy on the brakes!!!
