It's very convenient

When you arrive at the lot the person at entry tells you where to park so the driver is there right away ready to take you to the airport. You don't have to add an extra 30 minutes just to get to airport with enough time. Personnel at the Oakland location are fantastic. Please keep the people you have, they are a good team. Employees at this location have a positive attitude and are willing to do their job to the highest standard. I'd been Leary about parking our car at a lot concerned about the safety of our car, the cost and also time involved with getting to and from airport, much better than relying on someone to take us and pick us up.

When I first pulled into the lot, the scanner would not read my bar code. Apparently it was due to the setting sun. So one of your drivers got out of his van. and told me to take a ticket. Then when I checked out I would enter the ticket and then my pre paid bar code. It worked perfectly.

Very easy to get into the parking area and the shuttle was super fast and helpful.

We had some issues with our flights being cancelled and I didn't have to worry about my vehicle. I was able to pick it up the next day with no issues or worries that it wouldn't be where I left it. I also love the fact that the bus picks you up from the airport and takes you directly to your vehicle. It gives me peace of mind when traveling early or late in the day.

Very convenient and easy to use. Everyone is very helpful and is pleasant. Our driver from the airport back, was Rinh and he was really a happy person to come home too. Kept a conversation going with all of us.

Friendly drivers! Drivers are always right there to pick you up in the parking lot and there is only a few minutes wait at the airport, if there isn't a van already there. The drivers always help with the luggage. We recently traveled on 9/2/23 when the lot was full to overflowing. I had made reservations so we had no trouble parking the car and retrieving it when we returned. We had to park in a lane and then our car was moved when a space opened up.

Reasonably priced, especially with a discount offer. Close to the airport and the shuttles are fantastic. They pick you up and drop you off right at your car, drive time is fast, not much waiting time.
