Easy -- paid online and reserved our spot. As soon as we arrived, we scanned our info, were immediately routed to a parking space, and someone was waiting for us to take us to the airport. On the return, the wait was short for a van, the driver was attentive, and he quickly assisted us with our bags. Our vehicle was safe and leaving the facility was quick and easy. Excellent experience. Very impressed.

Park 'N Fly is super convenient. A shuttle is typically waiting for me to get out of my vehicle to take me to the airport and I was able to walk straight onto a shuttle coming out of the airport as well. My driver was Michael Paepke and he was extremely friendly and helped all the people onboard with their luggage.

Our flight was cancelled due to the weather. We were supposed to arrive to pickup our car on Saturday around 5pm at your Philadelphia location. We ended up having to rent a car at the Boston airport and drive to Philadelphia. We arrived approximately 2:00 am at your facility and were very stressed with how we would get our car and how we will get the loaner car back to the airport. Your employee on-site was amazing. He had us unload our luggage in our vehicle, helped me exit your facility and even assisted me on using my cell phone to get directions to the Avis rental return. I can’t compliment you enough on this amazing employee - I apologize for not getting his name. Because of the extra kindness and professionalism he showed I will be recommending your company to all my family and friends.

We always love the great service we receive with your company. It’s what keeps us coming back year after year. Adel service was excellent. Bringing our bags right to the truck after a long day of travel. He had a great attitude as well. We just wanted to take the time to say thank you to Adel and to the park ‘n fly staff. We will see you guys again in February!
