Around the clock shuttles to/from airport. Easy check in and out process.

Unfortunately at my recent reservation I found myself having to wonder the parking lot because shuttle didn’t see me in lane 11 in a handicap space. It was early morning before 5am. I lost valuable time to get to airport 2 hrs ahead. I had to flag down the driver and thankfully she heard me. She was very nice and provided great service (9/15). But I’m afraid if I park in handicap again early or late in the day I will be missed again.

First time parker at this facility and I am very impressed with the employee professionalism, courtesy, and ease of parking. I was able to find a space quickly and be picked up within a couple of minutes even at 4 a.m. On the way back from the airport, the driver did a great job accomodating all the passengers and luggage. I felt bad that I didn't have any tip money to give her but will always make sure in the future. I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle at this location.
