Very accessible, shuttle always promt, and clean. Driver every time was very curtious and helped with our bags. Drop off right next to our parking space is amazing. All my return flights back to Chicago the Shuttle was right out in front waiting for us. Fantastic service. Everyone should try it.
We like not having to negotiate the big parking ramps at the airport and convenient drop off for our airline.
We did have trouble getting in and getting out of your ramp because of your machines not reading our QR code. THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED as it impacted our time in and out.
