quick and easy
I've been a customer since PARKDia's beginnings. I have to say the biggest reason why I first inclined towards using PARK Dia was due to pricing. Pricing was better then nearby parking lots. Upon using the services i was very happy with the way everything was. Great premises overall and at the time it was obvious it was new and not as busy. Shuttle pick up was almost instantly. Wait times were 5 mins or so. As time has passed, i have noticed it's busier, fuller. But the shuttle service part of it, I dont think, has fully caught up to how much business has grew. I think the company should have an estimated time of pickup, or run on some sort of schedule. This applies to arriving to the airport and getting picked up there. Lines get long. Besides that im happy with ParkDia. I do however think all this needs to get looked into before it can potentially start loosing customers, or getting bad reviews.
