I use this lot almost every other weekend and find almost all employees are cordial, helpful and it makes you feel good. Flying is not a fun thing anymore, with flight delays a common issue I find which causes stress for the traveler. Your employees help out with a smile.

Usually very responsive. Sunday night was a bit different. Should you use a reservation system when things are so busy, so it doesn't create the craziness at the pick-up point? Or just have more shuttles running during peak hours.

Parking convince and availability of covered parking. The exit gates did not work well and I did not realize I had to save my paper ticket. I had expected details of my arrival and departure would be associated with the QR code on my reservation and that I had saved to my phone. Also lighting and signs could be better at the exit to show that if you want to east bound on 166 you go one way and a different way to go west bound.

The convenience was amazing. I also appreciated how accommodating the drivers were at both pick up and drop off. We didn’t have to wait for more than 5 minutes at the airport, and I appreciated how the drivers also interacted with my autistic son who was super excited to be on a “bus” 😀

No long waiting time. If I fly out of Atlanta again I will definitely use your facility to leave my car.

Going to the airport can be overwhelming all together, so knowing that my car is secure with reliable transportation to and from the airport makes it easier. I love how responsive the team is when needing pickup and drop off.

Online payment is fast. The facility is easy to find. However it is confusing which entrance to enter for outside overnight parking. The signs posted helped guide me. The parking attendants and cashiers are very polite and demonstrate excellent responsibility. I was pleased with the service and recommend this lot to the public. Good Luck!

Valet parking was great. Staff nice and shuttle waiting for us. Helped with luggage too. Shuttle on return was prompt and driver very nice and helpful. Car was ready for us. Love Park N Fly. Will use again and recommend. 👍

I made a reservation to park at Park 'N Fly Plus for an upcoming business trip. When I arrived, the lot was full. However, because I had a reservation, I was upgraded to Valet Parking. This act certainly made me feel cared for. When I returned to the lot my vehicle was waiting for me. The crew was professional and courteous. I am using their service again this week.
