My son started Mathnasium in grade 6. At that time, he was struggling with maths and had little overall academic confidence. He required an IEP and regular assistance from the Resource Teacher. By the end of grade 6, after working with Mathnasium, he was recognized as the Most Academically Improved Student in his grade. Now, 3/4 of the way through grade 7, he is a super confident student, rarely uses his IEP accommodations, never gets assistance from the Resource Teacher and often scores above class average in exams. And that goes for all subjects, not just maths. He was dedicated to his success and Mathnasium helped boost his overall math knowledge and confidence. We can hardly believe the success Mathnasium helped him achieve. Adjacent to academic success, Mathnasium provides our son with opportunities to interact with young adults who are role models for him. His tutors often discuss their university programs with him. We love seeing how those conversations spark our son's interest about his own academic future. Thank you Findlay Creek tutors, you are doing a fabulous job and your work is so very important!!

The Scott road location has a nice set up with the most patient teachers. The program is organized and I really like the progress tracking. I feel like my son has the chance to practice and build a solid foundation in math that he is not getting in school because of time and resource constraints.
They have been so accommodating with times and helpful with registering and scheduling!

Mathnasium has been a great help for my three kids. I have enrolled them at this location at different times. The staff was excellent in explaining concepts to them and helping them improve in math. They also taught them methods that made learning math easier. The manager is very lovely and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.

We take our six-year-old granddaughter to Mathnasium because we found that she was not going well in math. She loves going and and loves math now. We see a difference and so does the teacher.

Our daughter has been doing mathnasium since we arrived in Toronto in August. We arrived from a different school system which was not quite at the same level as her current school, and also our daughter has always found math very challenging. Mathnasium has been FANTASTIC for her - she genuinely loves going to her sessions and her confidence and enthusiasm for math have increased dramatically. Our goal was not to have our daughter become a math genius - it wqs simply to give her confidence and skills to (in our case) catch up, continue forward, and enjoy learning. We have been so pleased with this program; it has made such a huge difference for our daughter scholastically and frankly for our family! Highly recommend!
Our daughter's math grades at school are now really good. What we like about Mathnasium is that it understands that easier concepts are practiced anyway when more advanced concepts are practiced. She did a year at Kumon which was a year of mindless repetitions.
I like that our daughter can become perfect at easier stuff while doing harder stuff. This allows her to advance faster.
