Jennifer Helton was our sales consultant and was very nice and friendly. She showed us several sets to offer us many possibilities for the type of furniture we had told her we were interested in. We found what we liked, but we visited three months to finally reach what was doable for us to pay in cash. She was always welcoming and patient with us. Another consultant needed to help us with the final buy, but Jennifer had set everything up and left it with the other consultant for us. She never gave up on us!
When the furniture was delivered, the young men were polite and experienced as to how this should be accomplished. They did not leave until they made sure we were happy with how and where each piece was placed. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves and took all the furniture wrappings, boxes, etc with them.

There was always somebody there to help and get you the best deal. However they are quite expensive. Im uses to real wood not this new wood they make now..SMH

I like the fact that I wasn’t hassled or a salesman hovering over me and when I had questions he was available. He greeted me and told me if I have questions he would be available.

The sales lady was polite, professional, she was attentive. She asked if I was looking for anything else. I mentioned I wanted a coffee table with storage more like a blanket chest but coffee table height. She went and called your supplier and asked if they made that (btw, make that; just do a blanket chest but coffee table height), and she let me know they didn't and offered the suggestion to check antique stores. So, I appreciated that.
The best thing I liked about shopping at Ashley was I was not pressured by the salesman. Mike Everhart greeted us we walked in. He welcomed us to the store and that he would be available if we had any questions. He allowed us to browse and checked on us from time to time. We told him what we were looking for and he would show us what he had available and online. It was a pleasant experience. He also worked out discounts for us which actually helped me make the decision to purchase more that what I came in there to shop for.
