Sales personnel weren't over bearing or obtrusive. Had the information I needed to make an informed decision. I left for a bit to go look for a TV and media cabinet at Best Buy and when Io came back to the store the sales associate at the door knew I had been working with Thai and offered to get her. The sales team pay attention without being harassing.
The only down part was not having examples in the store of a couple of manual recliner chairs - I was shopping for an elderly friend and the strength needed to close the chair is a key point if she doesn't wan tot spend the extra for a power recliner.

Everyone in the store was very welcoming and friendly. They let us browse around and answered any questions we had. It was nice to have the freedom to look around without feeling like you were being rushed or wasting the sales associates time. Will definitely be back to buy more furniture in the future.
