We had visited Ashley's a few days earlier and received all the information we needed but had to double check our measurements before placing the order. We appreciated that the new sales representative did not ask us to go over things again but just helped us place the order. We also appreciated that he asked about the sales rep who assisted us so she could also get credit for the sale, since we could not come in at a time that she was working.

The sale associate was very knowledgeable , kind and Patient. It took us a while to make a Decision he allowed us to think about it and gave us the time we needed to discuss the. Important decision because he understood that it was a large purchass. He also took the time out to explain to us ths extra perks that came along with the Purchase. All in all we were very satisfied.
