I was promptly greeted, given a quick layout of the store, employee's name and asked if I wanted assistance or time to look on my own. I choose to look on my own and the employee said any questions, find me and I will be glad to assist. NO PRESSURE sales. Then when I was ready for assistance, I found her and she was well verses in the product, answered all my questions. It was one of the best furniture shopping experiences.

The sales representative was very attentive and made sure we got the correct product. She was also very responsive to all our questions And had a great attitude despite it being 20 minutes till close time
