The sales people. We never felt "attacked". It was good to be left to walk around the store until we were ready to get some help. We walked out of the store with our new couch on order and now, it will be delivered tomorrow!

Loved that we were able to work with Shannon again- he is always so great! Loved being greeted when we walked in and we asked about Shannon and they were still nice and let us know what time he would be coming to work but they also offered to help while we waited. Loved that you can check out with rep you are working with rather than waiting in line to check out.
