I went in to check the status of my order because I've not been able to get anyone on the phone. The guy there was as helpful as he could be. My furniture was ordered May 7, but that's not his fault. So, as far as my visit to the store itself, id give him a 10. Customer Service, I'd give a 2.

Ben Phillips, our sales person, was very friendly, did not rush us as we were shopping & knew the answers to all our questions without having to go check. He was obviously very knowledgeable about the furniture.Very impressive. Since then, when we have been in the store, he has recognized us immediately & been very helpful.
No pressure from Stedmann I was able to just look at the furniture and get an idea of what I would like then go home to bring back measurements.

1st of all...Greeting as I entered. Cleanliness, products or items of choice, amount of time it took for sales rep to assist me and friendliness of store personnel.

The showroom looked excellant and well thought out and actually had items that were for today's homes. Our sales person was awesome but the only thing you lacked were recliners - normally you have a lot to choose from but not this time which is understandable in these times.
