Kerri was the settlement officer for my buyers closing and once again, she was fantastic! We were 24 ours out from closing and it was during that time we were told we would be unable to close due to an unexpected discovery found on the sellers side. Kerri had a plan and jumped into action immediately to try to resolve the issue which was during off working hours and, it was also her birthday!! She enlisted the help of Jesse Mele" behind the scenes" and the underwriters finally agreed to their plan; we were able to close the next day on time! Additionally, it seems to be common place anymore that when I have first time home buyers, they have family members who have also become involved with the transaction. Kerri has always been so patient with them and willing to answer any questions or concerns they have, which also seemed to occur after Kerri's normal work hours!! Trident Land' settlement officers are always so dedicated, they think outside the box to resolve any issues that may come up during the course of the transaction as well as, reduce my stress! For reasons like these, I am always confident to close on time when my clients use Trident.
