Always available to answer any last-minute questions and flexible to meet the needs of the transaction. He is always looking at the big picture. This settlement was delayed by a few hours which was no problem for Rob. I love how he always has a solution & the energy he brings to the settlement table. He goes above & beyond always.

This deal was challenging due to the property being under a lien from the PHDC. This deal would not have been able to close when it did as smoothly as it did without Bettyanne. Bettyanne held this deal together as the PHDC people would no longer talk to me, only to Trident and Prosperity. Bettyanne and Natasha worked hand in hand and kept me updated the entire time. They worked so hard to get it done as quickly as possible and then handed it over to Robert who was able to make sense of the mess that was given to us from PHDC.
Without the hard work of these two, who knows when this deal would have been finished

Kerri did a phenomenal job of keeping mortgage, comveyancing and agents on task. She even made herself available in the evenings. I was on vacation the week before the house closed and Kerri made sure that everything was completed.

I had another successful settlement with Kerri Ruth at the helm! Kerri never disappoints. She is consistently thorough and patient, taking the time to explain all the documents to my first time home buyers as they were signing along with addressing which title option made the most sense for them. Kerri was equally available to my sellers and any questions that they had (I acted as a dual agent for this transaction). Kerri always makes clients feel comfortable and excited for their big day and their accomplishment! It is equally important to point out that in general, Kerri always makes herself available for any of my clients at any point during the transaction, not just on their closing day. Additionally, any one of the Trident settlement officers are always willing to step up to the plate to help if/when needed. That kind of teamwork makes myself and my clients feel even more confident.
