Such a wonderful way to end the transaction. The patience in explaining the details and the little things like the snacks, drinks, pens and ease of sending and receiving items, (even at the last minute), without the “humph”. Copies all put in a neat folder and the final “congrats” and photos. This allows all of the work to culminate into the perfect moment of completion and sends my client into their new home or a nice proceeds check with a good feeling. Very grateful always!
