Trident always does a great job, but they went above and beyond on this deal, allowing us to settle at the last minute after issues with the builder. A+++++
This was a tricky transaction and I wouldn't have trusted it to anyone other than Trident Land Transfer and Jessica Mele. Having total confidence in the title company and settlement officer to get us to closing is essential for a smooth transaction and satisfied buyers and sellers.

My buyer was charged the $395.00 fee which was not on his commission statement , his buyers agency agreement or his contract . Lisa was wonderful with this closing and I know this was not her doing . It is just disappointing when you have clients for years and they are not happy about this so please if it is not on the statements, BA or contract please do not take it upon yourselves to do this !
