If you are lucky enough to get Tara Alessandrine as your closing agent, count your blessings because you just got the superstar of Title officers. Her knowledge is extraordinary and her personality is warm and comforting and her efficiency is second to none. She makes every closing that I do with her flawless. She is wonderful with buyers and is always ready to have an open discussion with any questions they (or I) may have. She is such an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to title and deeds! So whenever you are looking for a title company don’t think that they are all the same because the people inside the walls of these companies are the ones who can make an absolute difference with your experience.

Maria, Sydney and Ellen - if needed, are always willing to assist. With this closing creative solutions were required and they went the extra mile, literally. Maria drove to Norristown to hand deliver the taxes which were do that day because FedEx over night would have resulted in a late fee, a delay to closing and a head ache for all parties... including title.
