Ordered hot and "saucy" wings for raging ranch, received xtra hot and not so saucy but ridiculous salty and inedible. Pretty embarrassing when you invite friends over for wings and we get that.Its always something and always hit and miss more so with the mocksville store than clemmons but its always something. We may order them one time and theyre amazing, then the next two times its a huge flop. Just tired of the inconsistent quality control. We like the stores because of the convenient locations but guess were gonna have to trek into winston to bdubs.

A little more sauce on wings without having to ask for it each time. An easier way to collect rewards; I forget to tell my server and I am never asked if I am a reward member. Bringing back pitchers of beer would be great too!

The food is always amazing and I can’t say enough about the staff! The service is always A++ and our usual waiter,Dyon (sp?), has always been great fun and attentive to our needs. There is no other place we will eat wings in the area!
Everytime I get to enjoying a dish at ECW they remove the item from the menu. I have alpha gal and there is no turkey burger option. The wings are some of the smallest in the area. They downsized after covid and never returned to old form. Brauburger wings size puts ECW to shame. Your hot sauce is the best in the industry, the staff are second to none. ECW is not my first choice for wings and their section of non beef burger does not leave much in the way of options.
We had lunch on 6/24 around 2pm. By 4pm both my husband and myself were sick vomiting. We both ate chicken sandwiches. Not sure if the chicken was bad or what. Just thought you should know so you can check your products. Hopefully we were the only ones and this was just a one off situation because we visit your restaurant often.
I always enjoy my tips to East Coast. Kayla, Randy, Shane, Suzanne, McKinley- they're all amazing and the food is always phenomenal.
Usually go at least once a week. Always good
