I was advised by phone message on December 6 that a service technician would arrive my home on December 18 for a termite inspection between 10:30 AM and 12:00 Noon. The technician knocked on my door at approximately 11:10 AM, introduced himself and advised what he would do regarding inspection of the bait traps. We chatted briefly and he immediately began his inspection. I accompanied him briefly to offer assistance if needed in locating the traps, saw that I was not needed and left him to his duties. He completed his inspection and advised that he would make his report stating all traps were functioning and that there was no indication of termites. He would file a report and I would receive a statement within a few days. At this time I have not received same. I hereby advise that the gentleman was most courteous, patient with an elderly client, and appeared quite proficient at his work. He is indeed a credit to the Bugout business.
