I like the fact that we receive a phone call to inform us of our next service date. Along with that, we get a 2-hour window when our technician will be here. Our technician, Ray, is awesome. He remembers what we need done and all the places he needs to check. On the rare occasion that we have an issue, we call Ray directly and he will come to our house at his first opportunity.
