Promptness of scheduling a free quote and a courtesy call ahead of arrival. The actual guys that did the work were very nice. Hard to reach by calling the office so chose to act like a new customer then got through. All 3 crawl space doors was left open by the inspector for initial quote. Billing was strange splitting the amount into 2 payments and was told 2nd payment would be billed the next month although they were aware the job was for the sale of the home and needed to be paid in full before new ownership took place at closing.

Our technician is the best
rather than just knock down cobwebs and spray for bugs, the technician wanted to know if i was having any inside issues, we discussed that and decided if the outside was sprayed well, it would stop the bugs from coming in, so that's what he did. he also let me know when arrived, and when he was finished. that was nice.
