Your workers are very courteous and attentive to their tasks. If they encounter problems, they let us know. I appreciate your work in the crawlspace of our house. You prevented some serious problems developing in the future. It is now a clean environment for some of our storage, like Christmas decorations. There is no longer any dampness, mold, or mildew.
Bug out has been a good product with good service and pricing, but above all, our service technician Walter is absolutely outstanding!! Walter is conscientious, pleasant, informative and knowledgable. It is always a pleasure to see him and realize someone cares about his business and customers.
