First and foremost, the price. The service that's provided. If I have an issue they are prompt in resolving it. The staff listens and to my needs. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous.

The technician is very courteous. He informs as what service I am getting. However this year the chemicals used is not as effective as previous. I had a beautiful yard of St Augustine grass and now weeds and crab grass has spread throughout.
