I do not like booking online and always prefer to speak to a person to make sure all the correct cost centers are charged, etc. as well as if you are booking for a non-employed guest to ensure payment is correct. The representative I had was wonderful, friendly and knew her job - that is not always the case in the past. I made a point to let her know I appreciated her for her services.

I really like working with Kim Myers and Gina Hussey. They really work to take care of the traveler. They understand the time it takes to get through airports and make sure you have plenty of time between flights. They both always make sure we get the best deals. Most of us in Schreiber always say call Kim or Gina to make sure the travel experience is the best. They know Schreiber Foods.

I did not appreciate the reason that we HAD to call, though. There is a new autnentication method, requiring some kind of authenticator. I was already on the road but, after downloading a recommended authenticator, it was only for a monthly $9.99 fee -- NOT interested. We must have something through our University, but I was simply not able to get anything going to book my own hotel room, so HAD to call (and pay the fee). That said, when I did call, the person was helpful, efficient, excellent.
