The agents are typically very helpful, however, I never received candidate itineraries like I used to. They used to be emailed to me within a couple of hours and now I'm always needing to reach back out the following day to get the itineraries.

Obviously, she is very skilled and takes care of every detail, but also she has given us some great suggestions regarding destinations, especially in Europe, which is our favorite region of the world! I've never had an issue with hotel reservations or flights booked through Fox. I've also had to change trips at the last minute and have always been helped in an efficient, timely manner. Agents are also really polite and helpful!
