The booking site is relatively easy to use. What i especially like is the ability to call 24/7 and actually speak with someone (and also the online chat support) if i run into any issue/problem that i can't address on my own. Every single time i've had to call everyone has been so helpful ... especially the time i got stuck in Dallas after a cancelled flight. Thanks so much for providing this service!!!
