The Email address removed team is super responsive and execute quickly with little direction. I tried booking via our Concur /Fox World Travel portal and the forms kept rejecting my inputs and I was unable to figure out why. The personal help we get from the Email address removed to me is well worth it for us to book trips quickly and easily.

Had huge delays with my flight and the person was helping me determine what some alternatives were. He was fabulous. Unfortunately I did not get his name. It was for Hammes and going from Lehigh Valley to Chicago. Amazingly calm in a huge swirling bowl of crazy. Finally heard the airline was sending a replacement plane. Needless to say his efforts were not finalized, but I have to share how great he was!
This is our first time working with a travel agency. We have had several questions and requested an update of the invoice in our travel documents after returning home. All questions were answered, and the updated invoice was received in 24 hours. This quick response speaks to the personal service we were expecting and hope to receive in the future.
Never have any issues getting the travel that I need. For this trip, I got my itinerary back 10 minutes after requesting it. I also had to do a same-day change and the agent was able to get me exactly what I needed.
You provide a very easy way to book trips. However, I wish there was a way to check flight times and prices of hotels and car rental without booking the trip first. I know it doesn't book until end, but I would like to see prices first before reserving anything.
