Jenny, who assisted me was utterly fantastic. I had her looking at 5 different airports of origin and 2 arrival destinations with pretty short time constraints. She was very thorough and engaging while researching, she helped me find the best option for me, and explained extenuating circumstances to my company to ensure I didn't deal with unavoidable cost overages. I'd recommend her to anyone.
Agents easy to work with in regard to information and bookings
Easy to change travel if we can't do it on an app or thru concur. Also if there are instances when an airline doesn't rebook after a delay or missing a connecting flight, their team assists by calling which is comforting.
