Elvin (I think) is always on time, very professional and thorough and a pleasure to have in my home.
Thomas was very personable, skilled, and knowledgeable. He explained that he doesn't use spray around the pineapple plants (never thought of that as an issue or concern). He asked where we've seen bugs and explained that they were probably on their "way out" since they likely crawled through poison. He's on time, warm, and a great employee.
