You are always on time with your rechecks and if we have any sort of issue with anything between times you are always friendly and ready to help. We have used you for 18 years now. Not long after we moved down here and into our house my daughter and I was unpacking when we saw a bug race across the kitchen floor. She had no clue what it was but I said it looked like a cockroach to me. I picked up the phone and looking for an exterminator to come check us out. The first ones I called either told me it was the south expect bugs in the house, or that they would be out to check it but it would cost a $200 fee up front or they couldn't be able to make it for a month. I had went and put a cup over the bug so it could be seen when someone came. I called you and you came out that same day. You told me it was a cockroach and would advice treatment, I said yes. You treated and I have not seen one cockroach since. You also helped when we had problems with ants in the front yard and fire ants out back. I LOVE YOU GUYS!
