Informed professional service, no matter the discipline. We are currently signed up for Rodent, Pest, and Lawn - all services are handled in the same manner with the same level of professionalism. I recently referred a friend for termite service and remediation. Again, from initial point of contact to preparing for the tenting service - the knowledge of the service tech was over and above. This firm was recommended to me by Kai Strom, the home inspection company I hired when I bought my home. I am very happy he made the introduction.
Mostly that the bugs stay out of the house. Sometimes one does get in but that's to be expected every now and then in a very old neighborhood. But the thing i like most is having a dedicated tech (when the schedule works). He knows me and my and my animals and is always like having a friend doing the treatments.
