They call to set up appoint. Have always been on time, have never had to call to cancel or postpone treatments. I would definitely understand if they happened but it has not yet. I’ve been with Arrow for 3-4 years.
The service is always excellent! All of the employees are at the office and in the field are friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently do a great job. It’s easy to see that all the employees go through a good training program, know their job, and are committed to providing top quality customer service.
