7-15-2026 Well, let's see. I receive an email saying its time for either my termite inspection again or pest control treatment. So I think of a date and now I email the company which date and time area would be good for us. Then a message comes back, that a confirmation is made.
We are so happy to have termite coverage, as the company we once had some years ago now, pulled out of the area and we had none!
Since Arrow also offer quarterly pest control, we have signed up for that, and appreciate its benefits of no moths flying around our closets, etc. Minimal to no spiders--we truly hate spiders.
When we rarely get a mouse, it doesn't last too long. No bugs in the house.
And.....Ben is such a fine representative of your company. Very kindly, knowledgeable, efficient, personable--all good things as we walk around the house together, and him spraying.

Excellent service as usual. However, the last Tech. ( Roger), new to arrow from another company did an outside walk around with a tall pole and a duster to clear away spider webs ad
the like. The new manager did not. Is the above not part of Arrow's service ?

Arrow does a great job at reducing the pest population at my houses. They’re professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Both the tenants and myself have a much higher confidence rate knowing Arrow is treating surfaces quarterly and preventing infestations. I also use their termite prevention service and have their crawl space vents in most houses. I would highly recommend Arrow.
