The Arrow representatives are always very helpful, pleasant and patient with all my questions and they explain the treatments thoroughly. I like their STEPS integrated pest management system that uses environmentally responsible methods to control roaches and prevent recurrence. I don't really like using pesticides, so I was pleased to learn that they treat strategically and use the minimum amount of environmentally safe products to do the job
