Yall do a much more thorough job than other places I've. The tech checked under, around and behind stuff to see how bad the problem might be. Also the timing and checking to make sure that I was happy with the service and the friendly people who I've had contact with.

I needed help with my new United States flag and the Arrow representative helped me take down the old faded flag and hoisted up the new one(he was a lot stronger than me). It looks beautiful and thank you for your help. I don’t think it was included in your job description.

He was very knowledgeable, explained what he was going to do and how the product worked. He needs to get hazardous duty pay! He found a rattle snake in the backyard the helped me get it in the pool skimmer net and get rid of it. Looked like an Anaconda! Well over 18 inches! Haha Don't even know how he saw it. We were very thankful he did.

Alex did a thorough job of checking the rooms of my house and attic for any signs of critters. She also sprayed each of the rooms. Next was the outside where she inspected all around the house and sprayed around the outside of the house. She was very thorough.
